Welcome to NADAbase!

Introduction

NADAbase is an online database created by NADA for its members to manage client treatment and outcomes.

These tutorials are here to help you use NADAbase effectively. The videos will guide you through its features, ensuring you can input, extract, and report client data accurately. This helps you provide the best evidence-based treatment to your clients.

It is recommended that you and your organisation spend some time identifying the types of outcomes you are expecting to achieve for your clients and develop a data management strategy.

If you require more support in this area then NADA recommends that you explore the NADA resource Enhanced Performance Management [PDF] or reach out to the NADAbase team.

Emphasis on data quality

Data quality is crucial for providing effective services and making informed decisions. High-quality data ensures that interventions are based on evidence and can be personalized to meet the diverse needs of individuals seeking treatment. Accurate and reliable data helps assess the effectiveness of treatment programs and informs policymakers about the changing trends and challenges in the sector.

Let's hear what NADA members have to say

Privacy and confidentiality

Whenever data regarding individuals, service provider organisations or funding departments is collected or disseminated, privacy and confidentiality issues must be considered. Clients should be informed as to what information is collected, by whom, how it will be used and their rights in relation to it. For more detailed information, please refer to Privacy and Confidentiality [PDF]
